Air covering machine GV800 A/ B

GV800A/ B air covering machine is designed to intermingle two or more filaments with different physical properties into one air covered yarn by use of interlacing air jet. It is a machine of double-sides design. The same or different type of product can be processed on each side of the machine. It equals combination of two single side machine and effectively saves installation space. Polyurethane elastic yarn is fed through driven roller to ensure stable and accurate drawing ratio. Air jet interlacing process is controlled by two pairs of driven roller so that the interlacing tension can be easily and accurately adjusted and maintained. With this unique design, we can produce high quality air covered yarn with excellent covering effect.
Machine control panel has micro PC touch-screen for easier setting and display of process parameters. 100 groups of process parameters can be saved for easier setting, saving and using of process parameters. Accurate repeatability of saved process parameters enables quick and easy change and adjustment of different parameters. By use of touch screen, the operator can easily check the production management including timing of actual production for each spindle, trouble alarm record and shift output etc. All of these advantages present highly automatic and intelligent level of this machine.
Big size digital displayer for clear indication of yarn break or full package of each spindle enables the operator to handle timely and increase the production efficiency.
